The first bedroom on the left is a bunk room with two twin beds, and beautiful views of Ajax Peak and Ingram Falls. The beds are complete with built in reading lights for a quiet night with a book after a long day of skiing. The second main level guest room has a cozy queen size bed. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The stairs to the upper and lower levels are both located off the home’s entry, as well as another access door, leading to the home’s covered parking space.
Upon walking upstairs, the powder room and King Master Bedroom are located immediately on the left off the home’s open hallway. The Master features a large walk-in closet, vaulted ceilings with built in skylight and gas fireplace. The en suite Master bath has a steam shower with plank cut honed travertine tiles and a dual basin sink. At the end of the hall is a closet with a stacked front-loading washer/dryer combination.
Take the few steps off the right of the hall to the open floor plan living room, kitchen and dining room. Vaulted ceilings, French doors, a lovely seating area, large flat screen TV and jaw dropping views of the ski resort, Bear Creek and Ajax Peak complete the Columbine F’s living room. Two balconies are also off the room: one facing east with built in bench seating; and another facing west with a large gas grill.
The dining room is adjacent to the great room with a beautiful table and seating for four. The gourmet kitchen looks out onto both the living and dining areas, and features stunning ‘leathered’ granite countertops and high-end, stainless steel appliances from Jenn-Air and Fisher & Paykel, including a built in wine refrigerator.
The staircase to the lower level, just inside the garage entrance, features built-in heated boot and helmet storage for convenient access to gear. Downstairs, relax on the oversized sectional and take in a BluRay on the home’s large flat screen TV in the spacious media room.

In the event of a refund, Telluride Luxury Rentals and Real Estate shall return all amounts owed to tenant within thirty (30) days.
A $45.00 Security Deposit Protection plan has been offered and is included in all reservations. This Security Deposit Protection/Liability plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3000.00.
Any damages that exceed $3000.00 will be charged to the credit card on file or invoiced to TENANT for immediate payment. If, during your stay at one of our Rental Properties, an Insured Person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $3000.00. Certain terms and conditions apply. Full details of the Plan coverage are contained in the Certificate of Insurance or Insurance Policy available online at www.vacationrentalinsurance.com/10sdi. The Security Deposit Protection can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Services to pay directly Telluride Luxury Rentals & Real Estate, Inc any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Security Deposit Protection.
